1998 Dodge Stratus for sale by owner. It has just under 120,000 miles. The first owner of the car was the state of North Dakota (~65,000 miles). It was used by state employees to travel for work purposes and nearly all the miles are highway. The majority of the 55,000 miles I have put on it are also highway. Mechanically, it is in excellent condition and has always been well cared for. I have complete maintenance records for the time that I have owned it. The interior is in great shape. Tires are in great shape as well. Nothing is terribly wrong with it, I am just upgrading. The paint on the hood is peeling a little bit (see pics). However, there is no rust. I've spoken with a dealer, and this is a common problem among mid to late 90's Dodges. For this reason, I have taken a bit off the Kelley Blue Book value ($2,240). If you want something that runs well and is dependable, this is the car for you. It would make a good starter car or a car for getting around town with occasional road trips.
