I have a gorgous Silver 2008 Honda Element EX that I regrettably have to sell (stupid economy)...I've had Elements since they first were released...I've bought 2 of them, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car, but unfortunately, I have to get rid of it due to my current financial situation. The SUV has only 36,500 miles and Kelly Blue Book says that "GOOD" condition is worth $16,430 for private party. Even though I believe the car is in EXCELLENT condition inside & out, with clean title, 0 accidents, 0 mechanical problems, and always up-to-date on maintenance schedule and MORE, I'm still letting it go for under recommended price for the "GOOD" category because I need payment in CASH! Not a personal check, not a cashiers check, not a promissory note, or IOU, but cold-hard, 100$ bills. If you can't pay cash, I unfortunately cannot make the deal at any price. $14,999 price is negotiable though, and best cash offer will get the car. I'm motivated by time here, so call me and take this baby for a test drive! Also worth noting, it has a remote keyless entry WITH alarm, wheel locks, 2 keyless remotes + 2 keys + 1 valet key, I also just put 2 NICE new front tires on. When you buy the car, whatever price we agree on, I'll make sure to get 2 brand new tires for the back as well, making it 4 brand new NICE tires! I live in Escondido, but work in Miramar.
